NEAPOLITAN (STYLE)

SOURDOUGH PIZZA

In the pizzeria we make our own sourdough crust daily, using local grain from Lindley Mills in Graham, NC.  It takes 72 hours, start to finish.  All pies are 10-12", serving 1-2 people.  We call it Personal Plus.  Our toppings are sourced locally as well, from our partners at Hedge Family Farms, Goodnight Brothers, 4440 Ranch & Cattle Company and Happy Valley Farms.  The pizzas are then fired at 750 degrees in our hand-built, wood-fired brick oven.  We have 8 gourmet combinations and several rotating seasonal pies or you can always build your own.  Come taste the difference!
